Simply go to the location of your choice with two pieces of identification; preferably a driver’s licence and a major credit card. Other forms of ID accepted include a passport, student ID with a picture, military ID and/or a birth certificate. Failure to provide these forms of ID will result in the manager’s discretion in granting a membership; please ask for the manager should such a situation arise. Health cards and social insurance cards cannot be used as forms of identification.

Yes. You may add up to four additional users, whom you will be responsible for, to your membership file.
You must be18-years-old. If you are minor, you can rent movies or games by using your parent’s membership, if your name appears on the list of authorized persons in the file.
No. Since each store's computer system is independently operated, you will be asked to provide your basic membership information at each additional location.
Members signing up with a driver’s licence and a major credit card can rent out a maximum of six items. Members without a major credit card will be allowed to rent out a maximum of 3 items.
Yes. The amount required varies from one machine to another. For example, for a Nintendo Wii console, a deposit of $500 is required. This amount will be given back to you when you return the machine.
You can pay with cash, by credit card (Visa or Master Card) or by traveller’s cheques.
Each store has its own inventory, therefore rental items must be returned to the same store from which they were rented.
Rental items are due back before the date and hour determined at the time of the initial transaction. Any rental item returned after the due date will be charged a late fee for each additional day on a pro rata basis of additional days. For example, for a new release of $4.79, the same price will be charged as the late fee for one day late.
Since each store operates its own inventory, please call or go to your store to see if they have the titles you are interested are available.

Yes. We offer a special order service. Employees will check the product’s availability with our supplier. They will then give you all the details (price, deposit, delay, etc.).
Our present database only includes DVD movies that were bought since 2000 by the majority of our stores. More titles will be added shortly.
